PACHON FAMILY

All started when Andre travelled to Japan in 1970. His work and encounters like with his wife Miyoko changed his life.

André Pachon, who came to Japan alone, has now a large family with him.

His sons Patric and Thierry are both working with him to support and develop the restaurants.

His wife Miyoko is mainly in charge of accounting, and his daughter in law Kiyomi is in charge of weddings.

For more than 50 years, the Pachon Family has been the guardian of the French traditional cuisine in Japan.
